I've been busy this week trying to use up all the yardage I received from MK*Designs! The yoga knit I was sent has certainly proven to be very versatile - with some of the leftovers from my daughter's workout outfit, I was able to whip up a pair of paints and accents on a t-shirt for my son, and a dress for my youngest daughter. It's fun to have them matchy matchy ;-). These are all staple patterns in my collection - ones that I've made before and get plenty of loving from my kiddos!

My Monster Tour – Daniel Tiger Dress
So I've been on a sewing hiatus for a few weeks. I just felt like I was getting burnt out, unable to focus my ideas, and needed to catch up on a whole bunch of other things! I thought it would just be a one week hiatus, but next thing I knew, it had become… Continue reading My Monster Tour – Daniel Tiger Dress

And last but not least, today I'm sharing my final make with Affordable Fabrics & More's military collection! Aren't these clouds adorable?! They can easily work for coordinating with the rest of the Air Force fabrics, or with something else entirely! (*Contains affiliate links) I usually don't do quick, fast sews. I carried a Watermelon…. dress!
Spaghetti arms! Ahh, I haven't watched Dirty Dancing in over a decade, but I can still remember all the great lines! So many late night sleepovers with girlfriends.... the memories! But I digress. This post is about this awesome Stenzo watermelon border print from Mabel Madison. (Mabel Madison, by the way, is an online fabric… Continue reading I carried a Watermelon…. dress!
Face Your Fears!
I'm not really one for Halloween themed fabric, but when I saw this Stitch panel along with the Oogie melted crayon, I showed my son and he was *all about it*. The kid adores melted crayon, and in addition to being cat obsessed, he's also really into dogs, so this was a win-win for him!… Continue reading Face Your Fears!

Happy um, Fall, y'all? Ok, so this blog post is OH SO LATE! And it should have even happened well before Fall just gone *sigh*.
