Woweee, these last 12 months have constituted the year of coats for me! And the Lagan Coat by Itch to Stitch made the perfect capstone! I actually tested this coat all the way back in January and February, so I've had the chance to wear it throughout the winter/spring season already!

Peony Patterns Gardenia Dress {Release}
Peony Patterns has a new dress out, and it's just gorgeous! I had initially planned on NOT sewing up a Gardenia Dress in time for the release, but the day before the launch, I decided to get sewing on one. In chiffon. Because that is how I roll. Gardenia is Carlie Di Cecco's first design… Continue reading Peony Patterns Gardenia Dress {Release}
Mommy & Me for Fabric Mart
I'm back on the Fabric Mart blog today with a couple of outfits for me and my girls, all using some pretty Italian designer crepe! I ventured out of my pattern comfort zone too, and finally tried my hand at a True/Bias pattern! I used the Roscoe Dress for me, and since I had so… Continue reading Mommy & Me for Fabric Mart

I'm so excited to be a Fabric Mart Fabricista this year! Given that most of my fabric stash is from their store, it seemed a perfect match! In my first post on their Fabricista blog, I'm sharing a girls' spring mini capsule wardrobe with just 4 of their fabrics and a $50 budget! I really… Continue reading Girls’ Spring Capsule – for Fabric Mart!

Peony Patterns Wattle Dress {Release}
Last week I decided to test the new Peony Patterns Wattle Dress for my eldest. This is Peony's first knit dress pattern, and given how much my girls love a good knit dress, I know this one will get lots of wear! Oh, and did I mention the twirl on this one? She's definitely a… Continue reading Peony Patterns Wattle Dress {Release}
Liesl+Co Yanaka Jacket {Release}
I'm so excited to share a project I've been secretly working on these last few months! While I have sewn for years, it wasn't until I discovered Oliver+S patterns after the birth of my firstborn nine+ years ago that I felt like I was actually improving - these patterns actually taught you how to sew!… Continue reading Liesl+Co Yanaka Jacket {Release}
