The owner of Whimsy Baby Customs recently asked me to make her a swimsuit. Making swimsuits for others still makes me really nervous, so I decided I would make the style she wanted for my daughter first before tackling the adult suit. I already had the Jalie Diane in my collection and thought that would work well for the design she was looking for.

Over the last couple of weeks, I've been back into testing mode with the Itch to Stitch Kauai Top! I do enjoy testing for Itch to Stitch - it's a great way to get a project for ME done and build some online sewing friendships along the way! I'd tested a similar style pattern a few years ago (shortly after I started pattern testing) but it was a bit disastrous. Since I trust Itch to Stitch, I thought I'd give this style another shot. MK*Designs recently sent me this adorable panel with Stitch dressed up as various Winnie the Pooh characters on a bee background. The panel was too big for my 3 year old so I decided to use it for my 7 year old instead. The A.A.
