Mother's Day is coming right up (May 10th!), and Etsy is the perfect place to go for looking for unique gifts, right from the comfort of your quarantined home! ❤ Here's a roundup of some of my favorite places to shop on Esty for the sewing lover!
Just in time for Christmas, I made pajamas for my kids - because that is what us sewists are supposed to do at Christmas time, yes? ;-). What a wacky year 2020 is turning out to be yes? When I was first invited to join the annual Raspberry Creek Fabrics Suit up for Summer Blog Tour hosted by SewSophieLynn and Paisley Roots, I of course had no idea that there would be a chance we may not actually GET to wear our swimsuits this year, but one can always HOPE! I don't know about you, but my emotions have been all over the place. Last week all I could see was a downward spiral of gloom, but this week I have a bit more hope. I wasn't entirely sure what this event would be all about but I knew I wanted to be part of it. Thankfully I was able to get a ticket from the waitlist in early January.

You'll need fabric with about 50% horizontal stretch and good recovery. I used Cotton Lycra for mine but you can use any jersey, double-brushed poly, ITY or French Terry.
