{New} Raspberry Creek Fabrics Fall Collection – Calendula Dresses

I’m so excited to share the new collection of fall designs from Raspberry Creek Fabrics! I was recently selected as one of their quarterly bloggers, so I’ll have quite a few RCF creations to share with you over the next few months!

Raspberry Creek specialize in custom printed fabrics, and while they’re mostly known for their knits, their customs are also available in other bases including linen, challis, twill, canvas, poplin and more! RCF prints and ships from their family owned store in Utah, USA. They also have the option for customers to upload their own designs for small batch custom printing.

The new fall collection is full of lovely florals, pumpkins, plaids, stripes and food! There are also a couple of panels, perfect for making fun t-shirts or hoodies! It’s available in 10oz Cotton Spandex Jersey and 12oz Cotton Spandex French Terry bases.

I love florals for girls’ dresses, and was immediately drawn to this beautiful sunflower print! I thought it and the Floral Watercolor Fall Botanicals would be lovely as Peony Patterns Calendula dresses for both my girls, and I coordinated both with solid teal jersey from the club solids range.

I was able to make each dress with a little less than 1.5 yards of the main print (I had about a fat quarter or so left of each one), and the nice thing about knits is they don’t take toooo long to sew up!

I’ll be sharing more from this collection over the course of this week, so stick around for more makes – including some for my BOY! So great to have some gender neutral and boy friendly prints!
