This was my first Itch to Stitch make and test – the Newport Top. I made this one from a thin knit that I’d picked up cheap. Some others made this one in a heavier sweatshirt knit and those ones were definitely my favorites, and perfect for the Fall too! Buy the Newport Top here*.
The Itch to Stitch Anza Dress & Jumpsuit was my second make and second test for ITS. This dress did take a while to do, but it is one of my wardrobe favorites – I wear it a lot and get lots of great compliments every time! I’ve made this one in both a lightweight denim and a cotton shirting, both from JoAnn. Buy the Anza Dress & Jumpsuit here*.
My third test for ITS was the Lago Tank. This one’s a freebie, so definitely go grab it either way! I’ve made this a couple of times and LOVE it as my workout top – perfect with all the athletic knits at Simply by Ti! Last Fall I made this ITS outfit with the Kathryn Top and Emily Culottes. I’ve worn the top a lot, but hardly wear the culottes because… ironing! LOL. (I just bought a gravity feed iron and they were one of the first things to get ironed, so I guess I’ll bust them out again sometime this week!). I haven’t sewn anything else Itch to Stitch since the Fall! I know, terrible right? But I am working on a new Itch to Stitch test (coming out very soon!), so my hiatus is almost over!
