This is the first Oliver+S Class Picnic Blouse I made for my eldest daughter.

The trickiest part to making this particular blouse was the fabric that I chose. Because it had such an obvious print, it was important to have the yoke and the blouse line up. But, because the blouse was gathered, this was no easy feat! I decided to just make the center butterfly line up only. I found doing some of the hemming a bit of a pain, and wasn’t super happy with how the neckline turned out (I think my elastic was old or something), but overall, I’m happy with the results. The pattern also comes with a cute pair of shorts.
